Why this works

I have lived experience of the exact process that I use myself which is why I use the Paseda360 stop being stuck methodology.  I’ve been the high achieving career woman who looked like she had it all together whilst going through divorce and juggling being a single parent whilst smiling to the outside world.  I’ve now met my soulmate and we’re a modern-day family with messy moments. 

By pivoting my career, it has resulted in me doing the deepest inner work I’ve ever done which has brought me here.  I’ve created new patterns and structures that are supportive and work for me.

What’s Included:

6 Steps to your Self-Trust Reset

  1. Preparation: You will write a one page synopsis of your life journey - the good, the bad and the ugly moments in your life. This gives me an insight into your unique journey so, that we can dive in straight away when we meet.

  2. Your Breakthrough Session: An intensive half day 1:1 session (or 2x 90 minute sessions online) where we will do a deep dive into your life experiences, behaviours and limiting beliefs. We will identify your worst behaviours and the areas that are keeping you stuck so, that you can create a mindset shift and release any emotional blocks.

  3. Self-Reflection Tasks: You will be completing some simple tasks that take a few minutes each day to focus on building your self-trust and resilience. They are designed take a few minutes each day to continue your journey of growth.

  4. Post Breakthrough Follow Up: We’ll come together 2 weeks after your breakthrough session and talk about your self-discovery and progress.

  5. The Self-Trust Momentum Plan & Celebration: Together we’ll create a clear momentum plan so, that you can continue to take steps forward with confidence towards achieving your goals.  

  6. Whatsapp Support: In between sessions I will be available to support you with answering any questions or share any insights that you may have (Mon-Fri 9-5)
