Holistic Wellbeing
My work is rooted in a holistic approach to wellbeing. A gentle yet powerful way of supporting balance across mind, body and spirit. I became certified in Angelic Reiki level 1 & 2 in March 2022. I completed my training in the magical village of Avebury above the Henge Shop, an experience that deeply shaped my journey and continues to hold a special place in my heart.
I’ve always had a love for Crystals and so, when the opportunity arose to complete my Crystal Therapy practitioner certificate it felt like a natural evolution of my work expanding the way I support clients in reconnecting with their own inner knowing.
Today, I combine both modalities to offer Crystal Reiki a deeply nurturing treatment that supports holistic wellbeing by:

What is Crystal Therapy?
Crystal Therapy is a complementary practice that works with the natural vibrational qualities of crystals.
Each crystal carries its own energetic resonance. When placed intentionally, they can support:
Emotional release
Stress reduction
Energetic balance
Physical relaxation
Spiritual connection
Crystals act as gentle energetic amplifiers, helping redirect and harmonise your energy where support is needed most.
What is Angelic Reiki?
During an Angelic Reiki session, I work with the Angelic realm, Ascended Masters and Galactic beings in 100% light to clean negative energy and emotion from your body that may be causing “stuckness”.
Do I need to believe?!
You don’t need to believe in Angels or any form of spirituality from Energy healing.
Simply show up as you.
Sometimes all we need is space.
A space to soften, release and realign.

What’s Included
Crystal Reiki therapy
A deeply restorative 60-minute session (including a 20 minute consultation).
We begin with a consultation so that I can understand you, your current challenges, intentions and what you’d like to shift. Every session is tailored to your unique energy and goals to ensure that your session creates a moment of calm and relaxation to support your mind, body and soul to reconnect with your deepest self.
During your treatment:
You remain fully clothed (with shoes and jewellery removed for comfort)
You’ll lie comfortably on a cosy treatment bed under soft blankets
Calming music creates a peaceful atmosphere
Intuitively chosen crystals are placed on or around your body
Gentle hands-on or hands-above healing is offered
You may experience:
Warmth or coolness
Gentle tingling or pulsations
Seeing colours
Deep relaxation or drifting into sleep
Every experience is different and that is ok.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer and clearer. Healing is cumulative, so benefits often continue to unfold over the following days, including improved sleep, emotional balance, clarity of thought and renewed motivation.
